Our client on this project on William Street, Luton had acquired a disused factory after the previous tenant moved premises. The site was not suitable for a refurbishment so a plan was put together to demolish the existing building and build a new build scheme of 4 apartments. When we were given the contract for the build the existing buildings had all been demolished and we were left with a clear site to plan and construct the new build scheme.
The development consists of 1 one-bedroom apartment and 3 three-bedroom apartments, one of which has its own private entrance. The rest of the apartments are accessed via a communal entrance and stairwell.
One of the most notable and stand-out elements of this property is the striking, patterned external brickwork, showing that Byoot is not afraid of being bold to produce something truly special and memorable.
Here is a breakdown of the headline costs of this project. This will give you an understanding of how much a build like this will cost the developer. We have also included the estimated value of the property once the project has been completed.
This will show you how much value we can add to one of your biggest assets!
