Our client on this project on William Street, Luton had acquired a disused factory after the previous tenant moved premises. The site was not suitable for a refurbishment so a plan was put together to demolish the existing building and build a new build scheme of 4 apartments. When we were given the contract for the build the existing buildings had all been demolished and we were left with a clear site to plan and construct the new build scheme.

The development consists of 1 one-bedroom apartment and 3 three-bedroom apartments, one of which has its own private entrance. The rest of the apartments are accessed via a communal entrance and stairwell. 

As can be seen from the pictures the finish on the outside of the building is unique, clad in light and dark brick. This of course was a challenge to ensure the desired finish is achieved but through our experienced team on-site, it was a success.
