On the Ridings in Ealing, West London we undertook a full refurbishment of this large house and the conversion of the Property into one 4 bedrooms, one 3 bedrooms, and a one-bedroom apartment. The owner’s desire was to add value to his asset. This was achieved by building a Ground Floor and First Floor rear extension to significantly increase the Properties footprint. The loft was also converted to create a self-contained one-bedroom apartment. The Property has very elegant features including the staircase which has been finely crafted both in design and execution of detail. The final product is finished to the highest standard, the layout well thought out and the value desired by the owner has definitely been achieved. 

Not only did we work on the development of the building itself here. We were instructed to landscape the rear garden and construct a patio to the front of the property. As you will see in the pictures of this project the garden has predominantly been turfed with some beds for flowers along each edge.
