Located in Finchley, North London. This project consists of the conversion of an existing office building  to residential and a Rooftop development.

The project will comprise a total of 45 new flats. 38 on the existing commercial to residential conversion with an additional 7 being constructed as part of the rooftop development. 

The apartments will range in size from one, two and three bedrooms, have open-concept living areas, and some will have unique features like balconies and terraces. Some residents will also have access to private parking at the development’s rear, adding to its appeal.
