The project considered a complete removal of the roof and replacement with a brand-new loft level with a new roof. This was strategically designed to build accommodation for 2 new ensuite bedrooms. The development also consisted of reconfiguration of the first floor. One of the highlights of the projects was the conversion of the garage into a cinema room and a sauna room.
