Demolition and erection on new build apartment block

Located near Manor Park station, in the London Borough of Newham, East London. This project comprise the demolition of an existing warehouse and the erection of a part two, part three storey building to facilitate the development of nine self-contained units: 

– 3 x  1 bedroom – 6 x 2 bedroom 

This is a tight site which serves a logistical challenge with only limited space. This is overcome with careful management throughout the build process to maximise efficiency. 

This development makes use of nice architectural design features such perforated brickwork which aesthetically stands out and offers the residents a nice privacy feature.
