Demolition and erection on new build apartment block

The Works comprise demolition of the existing warehouse and erection of a part two, part three storey building to facilitate the development of nine self-contained units comprising of: 

– 1 x 1 bedroom; one person unit (studio)

– 2 x 1 bedroom; two person units

– 5 x 2 bedroom; three person units

– 1 x 2 bedroom; four person unit.
