Demolition of industrial unit and erection of new building.

Located in a prime position on the vibrant High Street of Borehamwood in north London. This four-storey mixed-use development consists of an office space in the basement and ground floor, with fourteen flats on the next three levels.

A former bank building on the main high street had to be completely demolished as part of the project, and a new building had to be constructed after a full basement was excavated  to the site’s borders and continuous piles were placed around the perimeter.

There will be 600m2 of modern private and co-working office space in the ground and basement floors. The residential apartments on the top levels will have a combination of 1 and 2 bedrooms, open-concept living spaces, and some will have special facilities like balconies and terraces.
