The client had purchased commercial premises with planning for 4 one-bedroom flats to the rear. We supported the client with a number of enhanced planning applications to obtain permission for a basement and also add 2 further one-bed flats to the scheme as well as permission for a basement in the commercial space. The client requested to carry out works to build out the scheme and renovate the entire building in order to transform it into residential flats. The investment’s main priority was to develop and establish a high-end residential property that could be inhabited by the future generation.
