House conversion – Partial demolition and total reconfiguration

Located in Tooting, South London. This project consists of the partial demolition of an existing house and the construction of a part single/part two storey side and rear extension, and a mansard roof extension, and the installation of a new shop front, new window aperture with window and frame.

The project will create 4 x 1-bedroom flats and a commercial space on the ground floor.
