House Conversion .

Located in Willesden Green, North West London. This project consists in the conversion of an existing three storey house into three flats: 

– Ground floor: 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms

– First floor: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

– Loft: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom) 

The conversion comprised a new 90 sqm basement, an extension to the rear at both first and second floor levels,  a full loft conversion consisting of new roof structure and full dormer to the rear. New timber sash windows were reinstated to retain an element of the traditional building features to the front with aluminium windows and large bifold doors to the rear. Client lead designs internally have given this scheme a nice personal touch thoroughly.
