Conversion of industrial unit to offices and gym space

This project is located within the Borehamwood retail park and consists of the internal fit out of a Large commercial unit.

Two separate areas with independent access will be created within the unit. An Anytime Fitness gym will be located on the Ground floor, and a 540m2 office space with 24 contemporary private and co-working spaces with two designated meeting rooms will be located on the top two floors.
