Byoot have been building, extending, converting and refurbishing homes, including their lofts and basements, for nearly a decade. This gives us a wealth of knowledge and experience which we bring to every project.
As a result of working on so many commercial and residential build projects over the years we have formulated a thorough, efficient and highly functional process. Following this process ensures builds are completed on time, on budget and to a quality that meets, and often exceeds client’s expectations.
The process is; pre-contract meeting, site meeting, preparation activities, on-site construction, snagging and handover process. The details of this process are elaborated upon below.

Byoot has experience in successfully executing residential new build projects. A recent example is a twenty-eight flat development in Coulsdon, which once complete, will constitute its own postcode.
Byoot specialises in basement construction, conversion and decor. Working across London, our team has transformed dozens of underutilised, and in some cases, abandoned basements, into attractive, functional spaces that increase the value of the home.
Byoot has extensive experience with large scale residential and commercial developments in London and neighbouring areas. A recent example is a commercial conversion on William Street in Luton, Bedfordshire.
Byoot has converted and extended dozens of lofts and has also carried out multiple rear extensions, dramatically increasing the floor space for homes in London and surrounding areas.
