Moulton Avenue, Hounslow, TW3

Here our client purchased a dilapidated period property on Moulton Avenue in Hounslow, West London. The aim here was to create his ideal home. The property was in a bad way and needed a full refurbishment. We extended the property at the rear by 4.4m on the ground floor and added a side extension that is 6m x 3m. The side extension has been developed into a self contained studio for visiting family members. The loft was also converted to create another bedroom and bathroom. The property is finished to an exceptional standard with all modern appliances. Under floor heating has been installed throughout the ground floor.

The plan for this project was to bring the current house up to the high standards our client desired. The initial plan was to build a side extension measuring 7m x 4.4m but after going back and forth with the local authority, and the first planning application being denied, we were granted planning permission for a 6m x 3m side extension that our client was very happy with.

Under permitted development rights we were able to convert the loft into an additional bedroom and bathroom without applying for planning consent from the Local Authority.

Here is a video that will give you a walk around of the property and will give you a real feel of the finished project.
