During this build we were able to document the build through pictures. As you can see here the build is yet to be finished but does show how the development is coming along. As mentioned in the About tab you can see the contrasting brick work that gives the property its unique appearance.

Our client on this project on William Street, Luton had acquired a disused factory after the previous tenant moved premises. The site was not suitable for a refurbishment so a plan was put together to demolish the existing building and build a new build scheme of 4 apartments. When we were given the contract for the build the existing buildings had all been demolished and we were left with a clear site to plan and construct the new build scheme.
The development consists of 1 one bedroom apartment and 3 three bedroom apartments, one of which has its own private entrance. The rest of the apartments are accessed via a communal entrance and stairwell.
As can be seen from the pictures the finish on the outside of the building is unique, clad in light and dark brick. This of course was a challenge to ensure the desired finish is achieved but through our experienced team on site it was a success.
With this project we did not have any dealing with the planning process. The plans were already in place before we received the contract.
